With all the various phases of life and the changes we endure, I sincerely believe that everyone at some point can benefit from individual and/or family therapy. A typical therapy session involves talking about the thoughts, feelings, behaviors and/or experiences that are causing you concern. We will then work together to create a plan for treatment that makes sense to you, including coming up with meaningful goals and deciding how often you will schedule appointments. Individual sessions usually last about 50 minutes long. Here are some of the problems or concerns that can be addressed.
